Advance Health Care Directives
An Advance Health Care Directive allows you to state your wishes for medical treatment in the event you become incapacitated. People
typically use an Advance Health Care Directive to identify someone to make health care decisions for them in the event of incapacity.
You also can set forth your wishes for health care decisions -- e.g., whether you want to refuse medicine at a certain point, and whether
you wish to donate your organs.
